Jean Marie Brittingham - Founder
Jean founded SmartGirls Way after a 17-yr career in business. While working as a consultant to some of the world’s largest brands, Jean began to see a significant need for the unique views and attributes that women can bring to the design of a sustainable future. Fueled by her passion and driven by integrity, Jean established The SmartGirls Way and began creating the products and approaches to help rapidly scale the women’s entrepreneurial movement to create the next economy--an economy designed as if the future matters.

Steve Ardire – Acting CTO
Steve shapes serendipity by interrogating reality to identify, elucidate, illuminate the connective patterns for success or in plain terms business strategy, product marketing, tactical sales execution to close deals. Since 1994, Steve has advised and/or consulted with 20+ software start-ups.
Mallory Smith - Director of Outreach

Mallory is a motivated and enthusiastic team player with a proven track record in past management positions. She recently graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Comparative Literature with an emphasis in Cinema Studies. Throughout college, Mallory actively participated in the UW Film Club, the OMA mentor program, and the Peer Education program for Freshman Interest Groups.
Jenny Ambrozek - Participation Architect
As a Participation Architect & Network Strategist, Jenny enables intentional and serendipitous connections to power member venture success. She is also a Lead Consultant at SageNet LLC and was Network Connections Director at Executive Networks, a Participative Media Strategist at Transitioning to Green and a Director of Community Development at PRODIGY
Jeff Rea – Partner & CRO
As an independent consultant to early stage and mid-size companies, Jeff provides executive leadership focused on sales acceleration. His expertise is in brand and product marketing, product development and commercialization, channel management and internet marketing. Jeff's past clients included Athena Partners, Grace's Kitchen, Sensa Networks, EcoMedia LLC and Taphandles, Inc.
